Having read the book, I’d love to turn you on.

Apparently, by merely drinking a spoon a day of Dhimmi Juice, any Leftard can remove from their mind the reality of Global Islamist Jihad both current and historical! Try it, it feels kinda...smug, conceited, deluded, fake, desperate, morally vain, PC, superior, inclusive, relative and deliciously suicidal, with a self satisfying taste! Available in childless family size or in a handy protest pack.

“Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body”. Sir Richard Steele.

In 1993, after terrorists first hit the World Trade Center, Clinton was quoted as saying, "I would plead with the American people and the good people of New York to keep your courage up and go on about your lives. I would discourage the American people from overreacting to this”.

“A lot of people mistake a short memory for a clear conscience”. Doug Larson.

“I have been made victorious with terror”. Mohammad.

Dear sports, reading is not everything, but without it many things and the opinions of those who never do read or never do it well, are mostly a whole lot of nothing. There is an endless list of books I have collected to buy and borrow, but I can narrow them down to about six or so pivotal ones of the last year or two, that are among the important reasons for why why I’m a Conservative kinda rebel thang.

‘Sometimes I lie awake at night, and I ask, "Where have I gone wrong?" Then a voice says to me, "This is going to take more than one night”. Charles M. Schultz.

Yep, today being a real Conservative is the authentic rebellion. No, really. Being Left is about as rebellious as..? Well, I used to go to a typical funky local, inner-city rock n’ roll, indie freak and lotsa fun hotel joint, where they used to hold Sunday comedy marathon’s, and they often were.

Endless repeating of “Is it safe?” plus the whine of a Dentist drill while not always preferable, never the less gave me the same tenseness in the temple as the er, comedians. After the tenth act involving swearing as the set up and the punch line to the head, the same sub-High School Bush/Howard Hitler meme, taken for granted canard as some kind of searing and urgent truth, I thought hey, being a Left comedian, spouting Left drivel to a Left audience, now there’s a challenge. Er, no.

The following books really grabbed me, as they have millions of others thus making them all best sellers. Sadly, if you believed our largely idiot MSM and relied on said mainstream mediocrity for anything beyond the classifieds, sports or the TV guide etc, you wouldn’t know about these titles at all, due to the views and empirical facts of these publications not fitting into their uh, phony paradigm.

“The most erroneous stories are those we think we know best, and therefore never scrutinize or question”. Stephen Jay Gould.

The books that I thank God and the authors for are:

‘America Alone: The End of the World as We Know It’ by Mark Steyn. In his lively, humorous, courageous, honest and surgically empirical style, Mark Steyn shows the slow security and cultural suicide of the West, as it sucks up ever more the dual poisons of PC Leftist gibber and delusions, while simultaneously in profound denial of the harsh facts of Islamofascism. Add to this, collapsing European and Western birth rates, (outside of America and a few other places) coupled with soaring Muslim birth rates and our own cultural exhaustion, and it spells quite frankly, the end of the world as we know it. That’s the free, successful and fun parts of the world, folks.

“Patience has its limits. Take it too far, and it's cowardice”. George Jackson.

‘[Left] Liberal Fascism’ by Jonah Goldberg.

Jonah shows in his deeply and seriously researched book, that Left Liberalism is essentially Fascist in nature, being about control freakery via ever bigger government, for control of the individual, especially of the 'wrong' kind, is anti-free speech and unapproved thought or expression, is anti-Capitalist and against true economic freedoms, and is almost by default, often anti-Christian and so on.

But also because Left Liberalism has always sided with every Totalitarian ideology in history, from Communism, Socialism, Nazism, Fascism, African and Latin Nationalism and right up to today, being not so strange bedfellow’s with Islamic terrorists and Jihadists. Well, for the Left, as long as something is anti-US and anti-Western, that's good enough, eh?

Conservatism is the opposite of the Left in that it values the individual and freedom above all else. A true Conservative believes in limited government, the Constitution, economic freedom and freedom of speech, reward via merit, requires proof and is not radical but cautious.

Conservatives believe in private property which is a key basis of all freedoms and the rule of law, and in the West is inseperable from Judeo Christianity. A Conservative values and respects the military and the freedoms that only these better men and women of our armed forces, protect and sustain for us. In short, a Conservative sees the world as it is, and has no interest in bending and breaking people towards any insane idea of "perfection", or a naturally murderous Utopianism.

No, this is for the Left Liberal to enforce, for our own good of course.

‘World War 1V: The Long Struggle Against Islamofascism’ by Norman Podhoretz.

Good old Norman shows that WWIII was the imprecisely termed Cold War and that WWIV started before the Cold War ended and that this latest World War is the war against Islamo-Fascism and the remnants of Leftist radicalism. He shows empirically that the majority of people, authorities and so on are virtually incapable of seeing our current and long term realities clearly, if at all. Unless this changes radically, we are indeed doomed to be sucked into the abyss of Islamic ultra-nihilism.

“Lebanon was in the 1940’s, majority Christian and a very successful and normal society. It’s now majority Muslim, and a dysfunctional, highly unstable and dangerous tragedy. Osama Bin Laden is the most famous Muslim in the world. He is entirely destructive and entirely wealthy by accident of oil, developed by Western engineers. He is one of 53 children. He has 27 children. Between Father and Son they have produced 80 children”. Brigitte Gabriel.

‘‘Religion of Peace?: Why Christianity is and Islam isn’t’ by Robert Spencer. This goes well with his book ‘The Politically Incorrect Truth about Mohammad and the Crusades’.

In 'Religion of Peace?', Robert Spencer exposes the default apologia and delusions of Western boobs, and the standard deception tactics or 'Taquiyaa' methods of Muslims and Islamists. He clearly examines and demonstrates the shocking reality of the relentless daily crimes of Islam, its real motives and actual modus operandi and it's true and largely uncomprehending to blatantly lied about goals.

In 'The Politically Incorrect Truth...', Bob shines a harsh light on our received ignorance regards the worlds first SS man Mohammad, the well known rapist, paedophile, Jew hating bandit and mass murdering and hallucinating cave dweller. As well as showing the reality of the truth of the Crusades timeline and context, he show the innate crudity, insanity, turgid unreadability and dangerous evil of the Krazy Koran.

‘There is no connection between Islam and "terror". Robert ‘Needs a damn good Fisking’ Fisk.

“British Islamist Anjem Choudary wasn’t mincing words. Anjem Choudary: Quite honestly I do believe that there is a clash of civilisations.

There’s a clash between a civilisation based upon God’s law, who believe sovereignty and supremacy belong to God, who want to live under the sharia, who believe authority should be in the hands of Muslims, and of course people who believe that man should continue to rule according to his whims and desires, and this conflict is not going to end until one is victorious, and as Muslims, we believe that one day the whole world will be dominated by the sharia law”.
From Melanie Phillips.

‘The Real Che Guevara: And the Useful Idiots who Idolise Him’ by Humberto Fontova. Humberto shows the reality of Che the child killer Guevara who was a narcissist, coward, supreme sadist, gleeful child murderer, leading firing squad designer and disgustingly eager participant. Plus Che was a military boob, economic cretin and social parasite.

Oh yeah, due to being photographed after getting lost for weeks once again in the jungle, losing his natural over weight flab and being fashionably unshaven while wearing chic fatigues, he has long been an empty and fake hero every second hand spoiled brat, venal Hollywood jerk, mediocre minded musician and third world half-wit for over fifty years.

The number of ordinary people made free and with improved lives by Che equals precisely zero. The number of people made free and with improved lives by Ronald Reagan equals about a billion. Number of laughable Che posters and t-shirts worn by affluent brats and various killers etc is sickening and perhaps infinite.

And an old one, ‘Capitalism and Freedom’ by Milton Friedman which is nicely updated and less dry in his much later book ‘Free to Choose: A Personal Statement’.

Yep, Milton baby, shows the empirical facts of the super triumph of Capitalism and Democracy in vastly and consistently improving the lives of the majority of people. Conversely, the more this happens everyday, the more the average Leftard sees this as more proof of Capitalism’s er, “failure”. Riiight. As Mark Steyn has said of the Left, they “live in a fantasy life completely supported by the system they despise”.

P.J O’Rourke said all you needed to know about Communism was that in Cuba, you couldn’t get a good Cuban cigar and in China until recently, you couldn’t get a decent Chinese take-away.

Yep, people can pick at any book, but if you want a perfect final statement, try a gravestone. Hey, I don’t mean folks often make any actual or worthwhile points regards actual statements of any of the authors. No, no. Pretty rare I’m afraid. It’s usually and invariably regards Mark Steyn, of the bog standard Leftard ad hominem and hackneyed kind.

Man, these books are a great start to er, leaving the damage of a University education and the pernicious influence of a juvenile MSM behind. And it all began with discovering a P.J O’Rourke book in an airport newsagent. I recommend all of P.J’s books as a groovy adjunct to my humble starting point list.

I strarted reading O’Rourke and couldn’t stop. Actually, I never “strarted” as such, I believe what I meant to say was that I started to read P.J and have never stopped since. P.J led to Mark Steyn, led to Horowitz, to Roger Kimball to so on and so on. Hey, you can tell these people are all so very worthwhile and correct most the time, because they are regularly marginalised or ignored or unknown in the MSM, thus they are all top of the best seller lists.

“Against logic there is no armour like ignorance". Lawrence J. Peter.

You could maybe call it ‘The Whoopie Goldberg Radio Show Effect’. This is where the more standard ‘right on!’ PC Leftoid, unhinged and therefore predictably dull someone is, the more they naturally often crash and burn, utterly failing in the market place, and wherever people must spend their own money to purchase something um, identifiable.

And thus they are promoted in the MSM as successful, important and with er, something to say. Conversely, old stick, the less of this by the numbers brand of twerp you are, the less likely you’ll have any profile in the MSM or common mind at all.

“The more original a discovery, the more obvious it seems afterwards”. Arthur Koestler.

Therefore, passive consumption of media means by default, drowning in a neurotic sea of stupidity, irrelevance and general uselessness. Sure, there’s a bad side too.

“The greatest challenge to any thinker is stating the problem in a way that will allow a solution”. Bertrand Russell.
